Job Summary

AuraCare Technologies is searching for a Clinical Informatics Specialist to act as the primary bridge between our software engineering team and hospital client environments. You will ensure that our remote patient monitoring platform integrates cleanly into existing hospital workflows without causing administrative friction. By mapping data and training clinical teams, you will directly accelerate the adoption and success of our software in hospital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Integration: Analyze existing hospital clinical workflows and design optimal strategies to imbed AuraCare’s alerting system into daily nursing and physician routines.
• EHR Data Mapping: Collaborate with hospital IT teams to map clinical data structures, ensuring smooth interoperability between AuraCare and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Implementation & Training: Develop comprehensive training materials and lead onboarding sessions for hospital staff, serving as the primary clinical point of contact during go-live phases.
• Product Feedback Loop: Translate clinical feedback, user complaints, and hospital workflow bottlenecks into structured technical feature requests for the product team.
• Standardization: Maintain master terminologies and data standards to ensure all patient data fields sync accurately with clinical safety requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• License/Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Health Informatics, or a related clinical field.
• Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience in an acute care or hospital setting, combined with 2+ years working in clinical informatics or healthcare IT implementation.
• EHR Expertise: Deep, hands-on user or builder experience with major Enterprise EHR platforms, specifically Epic (Chronicles/Clarity) or Cerner (Millennium).
• Interoperability: Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards, including HL7 and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Epic certification in EpicCare Inpatient, ClinDoc, or Willow modules.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple hospital clients simultaneously.
