Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Technician to perform on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services at customer locations. This role requires frequent travel and driving to various job sites within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Complete service calls and document work performed in the field.
Communicate with customers to explain issues, repairs, and recommended solutions.
Maintain accurate service records and submit required reports.
Safely operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business-related travel.
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable driving regulations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle supplies required to perform field services.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, installation, or a related technical field preferred.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and transport tools and equipment as required.
Travel Requirements

Frequent local and regional travel required.
Must be comfortable driving to multiple customer locations during the workday.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
