Role Overview
As a React Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, helping us build beautiful, responsive, and user-centric web applications. You’ll work closely with senior developers and designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code. This is a "growth-first" role where you’ll be mentored to master modern frontend frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Feature Development: Build and maintain scalable web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Collaboration: Work alongside UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation of designs.
Code Quality: Participate in peer code reviews to learn from the team and maintain high standards.
Optimization: Assist in optimizing applications for maximum speed and cross-browser compatibility.
Bug Squashing: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix frontend bugs reported by users or QA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The Basics: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS is a plus), and JavaScript (ES6+).
Framework Knowledge: Basic experience with at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
Responsive Design: A solid understanding of CSS Grid, Flexbox, and "mobile-first" development.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
Problem Solving: A logical approach to debugging and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Pinia, etc.).
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to fetch data.
A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing personal projects or contributions to open source.
